Our building features 31, one and two bedroom apartments,  located in a quiet, easy-access, single-storey building.  

Our newly renovated apartments feature hard surface flooring, updated kitchen and bathroom, and a fresh decor.  

Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with two appliances, a three piece bathroom, spacious closets, a patio door to a private patio,  

 and  baseboard heating & thermostat in every room. 

Included in your monthly rent are hydro and heat, water/sewage, and access to onsite parking for a one vehicle. 

Air conditioning is available in each apartment, for an additional one time fee.  

Telephone, TV cable, and  high speed, fibre optic internet is the responsibility of each tenant.

Coinmatic central laundry room features three washers, and three dryers. 

Our building features central halls and common rooms for activities,  

and a central secure entrance with call panel system,  and mail delivery to a central mail box area. 

 A backup generator ensures that the lights and heat never go out  in the event of a hydro outage.
