Our spacious, 32 suite seniors' living facility features one and two bedroom apartment rentals located in a quiet, easy-access, single-storey building.  

Our newly renovated suites feature hard surface flooring, updated kitchens and a fresh decor.  

Each suite has a kitchen equipped with two appliances, a four piece bathroom, spacious closets, a patio door to your own space 

on our grounds and individually controlled heating units to keep your home at the temperature you desire. 

Included in your monthly fees are hydro and heat, water/sewage, access to onsite parking for a single car and a self-serve laundry facility.

Other optional services such as air conditioning, telephone and high speed, fibre optic internet are available for an additional fee.

Your safety and comfort are a prime concern. Our building features central halls and common rooms that allow you access activities even the coldest weather or wettest conditions without ever having to leave the building.  In addition, our home features  a central secure entrance with call system and mail delivery to a central location in the building.  To ensure that the lights and heat never go out, our facility is equipped with a backup generator in the event of a hydro outage.
